I had the most wonderful experience at Queen City Endodontics-Matthews! I am extremely nervous with even the simplest of dental visits and was referred for an evaluation for the possibility of 2-3 root canals. My initial visit for the consultation with Dr. Andrew Hubbard was great and a second appointment was scheduled for the 1st root canal. All members of the team were kind and caring. My procedure for the 1st root canal today went flawlessly. I love how professional, yet easy-going Dr. Hubbard and his staff were! I would give my highest recommendations of this practice in Matthews and Dr. Hubbard.

I can’t say enough positive things about the experience I had with Dr. Hubbard and his staff. The whole office was as welcoming as if I was a family member which really put me at ease. The procedure was painless to the point I nearly fell asleep a couple times. Dr . Hubbards follow up was not expected but very much appreciated to the point I shared with all my family, friends, and coworkers about my experience.

I highly recommend the Matthews office. I was really nervous about having a root canal, but Dr. Hubbard and his team created such an uplifting, and comfortable environment that immediately put me at ease. The procedure was completely painless, and Dr. Hubbard did such an awesome job that I haven’t even needed to take ibuprofen afterward. I’m so grateful for the care I received!

Update. I had my procedure done on 4/30/26 and I had the absolute best experience. Dr. Hubbard is wonderful, he gives you numbing medication before he puts the shots in and did not feel a thing. Even before he starts the procedure, he rechecks the tooth again to make sure you’re nice and numb!!! They put on music and the next thing I know I am getting my root canal with him singing to the music!!! It was absolutely wonderful as he takes your mind off the procedure. Not only is he a great dentist, he is a great singer 😊. It was the most pleasant experience I ever had at a dentist. Then last night I received a text from Dr. Hubbard checking in on me to see how I was feeling. Just wow is all I can say. What care and compassion this entire office shows! I truly hope I don’t need to go back for any future root canals, but this is now my dentist for any speciality dentist needs. 4/14/26: This was my first visit here for an evaluation! Wow, everyone was so kind to me and really went above and beyond helping me understand what might be going wrong with my tooth. They send you text reminders in advance with exactly how much money you are responsible for which is very helpful.

I have seen Dr Kleitches several times. He is the very best!! He does an impeccable job and both He and his staff very kind and make you feel so comfortable. His chairside manner and personality are absolutely top notch!!
